This policy explains how PawLegacy Studio ("we") handles personal data. PawLegacy Studio is run by an individual based in Argentina. Contact: ia24x7pro@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- Telegram bot: your Telegram chat ID, username and display name, the email address you send us, and the campaign link you arrived from.
- Purchases: order details sent to us by the sales platform you buy on (such as Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy or Hotmart), including your email address, the product and the amount. We never receive your full card details.
- Messages: what you write to us by email or on social media.
How we use it
- To send the free gift or product you asked for.
- To send offers and news about our products, if you gave us your email for that. You can stop them at any time.
- To answer questions and handle orders.
- To keep sales and tax records.
Some automatic replies are written by an AI assistant. They are labeled as such.
Who processes it
We do not sell your data. It is stored or processed by the services we use to run the studio: Google (Drive, Sheets and Gmail), Telegram, the sales platforms named above, and AI providers that help us draft replies. Some of these providers operate outside your country.
Google user data
Our private app "n8n IA24x7Pro" connects only to PawLegacy Studio's own Google account. It reads and organizes our Gmail, Drive and Sheets to run the business. We do not offer this app to the public, we do not access any other person's Google account, and we do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data while you stay subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. We keep sales records for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
- To stop bot messages, write STOP to our Telegram bot.
- To see, correct or delete your data, email us. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
